It seems that when one buys a new car (with new technology), it becomes very important to have a good relationship with the service department of the dealership where the car was purchased. And although I have yet to have a real problem with the Bolt EV I purchased at Frank Boucher on May 30, I have had to visit the service department there a few times just to have a few "snags" taken care of -- mostly because I didn't yet understand the new car properly. On each occasion I have not needed to seek an appointment; I have been treated promptly and courteously; and I have had the problem or concern resolved quickly to my satisfaction. So far, at least, I would give this dealership's service department a high rating. My experience in purchasing the vehicle there, as previously stated, was also excellent. I had a very pleasant experience with the sales staff. Furthermore, the financing of the car went very smoothly. I have been enjoying the vehicle every time I drive it. More

I would never have anything serviced there The customer service is terrible. I have noise in my transmission but no code so they just ship you out the door since there is no code to tell them what’s wrong service is terrible.
