Poor communication! No call back when leaving message. Poor experience will not take vehicle back. Did not get a call when the vehicle got there. Did not get a call with the estimate of the diagnoses. Was told before picking it up it would be $150 plus tax. For that kind of service not worth it. More

The salesman Charlie was great. If this was about him 5 stars, but the finance guy tried convincing us a loan we were already approved for was not approved. He wanted us to go with If this was about him 5 stars, but the finance guy tried convincing us a loan we were already approved for was not approved. He wanted us to go with a bank he had chosen and gotten a "deal" from. The deal was a 4% higher interest rate and higher monthly payments than what we got from our own bank. If you go ask for Charlie and avoid Lee! More
