Oil change—Park car in garage noticing several scratches on rear deck by window. Called Morey on phone receiving message he would return my call. No call went to dealership around four-thirty. I showed him the problem and all he could say was “IT DID. Not HAPPEN IN THIS SHOP”. CALLED MOREY SEVERAL TIMES LEAVING MESSAGE TO CALL ME. No response. people were awesome and real professional but it took 3days for me to get my vehicle and i would of like to get it sooner because i had to make a lot of accommodations for my children to be watched by pe 3days for me to get my vehicle and i would of like to get it sooner because i had to make a lot of accommodations for my children to be watched by people and that was an inconvenience and i was told my job as a teacher is nothing but babysitting kids and not doing anything for me to say i was tired from my work day. I didn't appreciate that snide comment from Mr. Wilson. to the guy i signed my papers in his office with my family he was awesome and great with my kids when i brung them in. More
