Oil change and tire rotation. My car dripped oil off the engine block and components onto my driveway and garage floor for 4 days. Anytime I take my vehicle here even for a simple oil change with tire rotation there is some kind of issue. This last visit they could NOT do the tire rotation because they did not put my key to my loc change with tire rotation there is some kind of issue. This last visit they could NOT do the tire rotation because they did not put my key to my locking lug nut back into my glovebox where they had gotten it from in order to perform the service last time! This is my fault why? I have to pay to replace it why???? It is obvious that ALL my services have been performed at this dealership since I purchased this 2018 Ram if they were to look at my service records. Simply not acceptable More
