Frank Boucher automotive service department was courteous and the repair was fast. We need our wheel lock taken off of vehicle. We first went to a chrysler dodge dealership in Beloit. They were so unhelpful and the repair was fast. We need our wheel lock taken off of vehicle. We first went to a chrysler dodge dealership in Beloit. They were so unhelpful and almost hostile to us. The employees are great, very helpful and friendly... but I am knocking down the five star by 2 for these reasons: 1 star for not providing loaner cars, and 1 star for not washing the car after paying $600 f I am knocking down the five star by 2 for these reasons: 1 star for not providing loaner cars, and 1 star for not washing the car after paying $600 for service. I feel these are 2 basic courtesies that most every dealership offers today, including the VW dealership we used to work with. (we moved out of the area) More
