I had a very pleasant experience, from start to finish! I first spoke with Rebecca over the phone and when I met her in person it was like meeting an old friend. My vehicle needed an oil change and a few other things done. My schedule is so crazy, I couldn't find a time to get it out there so they suggested a pick up and drop off service. I said..."Are you kidding done. My schedule is so crazy, I couldn't find a time to get it out there so they suggested a pick up and drop off service. I said..."Are you kidding me? This is wonderful!" They picked my veicle up from my workplace and had it back (parked in the same spot) to me before I left for the day. This is a very convenient service. I had a great experience! Thank you Dan! More

I am a widow, and I always go to the same service manager because he knew my husband. I trust him to do what is necessary to keep my van in the best condition for me, and to never do unnecessary work. It because he knew my husband. I have always used your express lane for my oil change and have never been treated the way I was treated last night. I will still recommend this service because I believe we all have bad days. The young lady told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I chose to wait. She appeared to be frustrated with me because I chose to wait. She never asked me my name, just wanted to know if the keys were in the car. I waited in the inside waiting room and when my car was finished, she came in and just stated you are good to go. I had no idea she was talking to me until she looked at me and said I could come over to the counter. In past visits they have always greeted me by my name and went over what they did on my vehicle and also the check points. She did none of these things. She had also asked me if I wanted my car washed and I stated yes. When my car was finished she said that they did not wash it because the machine was broken???? Chalking this visit up to your staff having a bad day. More
