First time I've received bad service Generally, I'm very happy with the service provided at Boucher. This time, I received a phone call at the end of the day of service informing me they Generally, I'm very happy with the service provided at Boucher. This time, I received a phone call at the end of the day of service informing me they'd need to keep the vehicle overnight. No offer to provide a loaner vehicle; I had to request it since I had no way to get home from work. Good thing I requested it; it took over a week to get the problem fixed. Communication throughout the process was poor and was told several times my vehicle would be done by end of day only to receive a phone call at the end of the day telling me it would be tomorrow by the end of the day. My husband wanted more information about the problem and had to call multiple times to try to get his call returned. Ultimately, my car runs great after the repairs were complete, but the entire service process was frustrating. Very disappointing compared to the normal service I've received in the past. More

Opinion on the rise I have never been very trusting of getting any kind of service done at a dealership. I have had plenty of interactions that left an extremely bad tast I have never been very trusting of getting any kind of service done at a dealership. I have had plenty of interactions that left an extremely bad taste in my mouth with service departments at dealerships, even at another dealership owned by the same group. I bought my first brand new car from Bouche VW in late 2018 and have been back several times because of the warranty, recalls and standard service. I have had nothing but a 5 star experience at this dealership. More

Broken XM New Jeep the XM antenna needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting I called dealership to check on status. Parts had arrived but no one had cal New Jeep the XM antenna needed to be replaced. After 2 weeks of waiting I called dealership to check on status. Parts had arrived but no one had called me. Scheduled service Jeep was fixed. Jeep was done when promised and XM was fixed. Picked up the Jeep covered with bird droppings. I keep my cars cleaned and waxed, so this wasn't how I dropped my vehicle off, I did contact my salesman and he apologize and said bring it back anytime for a wash. More

On arrival (in Texas), we found the jack and a floor mat missing. Again, no problem, Randy took care of it. We received a new jack and floor mat set. (even though only one mat was missing). Only negative - the clean-up crew missed the spill and mold under the rear seats. Also, they also should have noticed the missing jack and floor mat. More
