Poor customer service. Went in to get my door panel looked at due to a rattle. Service writer called to say that they could not find the rattle, and was very condescending a Went in to get my door panel looked at due to a rattle. Service writer called to say that they could not find the rattle, and was very condescending about it. Would not listen to when I was trying to explain where the rattle was coming from. Called back again and stated that all jeeps make that sound. Went in to pick it up and spoke with Nate about it. He was amazing.
