The worst service ever. I brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change, tire rotation and warranty work on a front left wheel hub bearing and was charged just under $1,000.00. They replaced a 6 month old rotor on the right side saying that it needed to be replaced because of wear. There was no significant wear to the rotor. The left rotor was damaged from the failure to the bearing and should have been covered under the warranty along with the replacement of the break pads. I brought it in for warranty work on the radio also and it was not fixed. More

Brought my truck in for a repair that was done incorrectly over 2 years ago. To add insult to injury I was charged $800 to fix it and they wanted to sell me new tires because mine would “ explode” incorrectly over 2 years ago. I had taken it to be aligned and that shop mechanic told me that they couldn’t do it because of the improper repair. When I took it back after ,they were shocked that I was made to pay for the repair and offered to talk to Boucher. I had never been there before and did not know any of the workers. I bought this truck new from Boucher and am in the market for a new one now. I will be buying at a different dealership because of this mistreatment. More
