This was my 1st service at your business, we moved to Hobbs a few months ago & you were recommended. I can only describe it as disappointing & not near on par with what I have always experienced with Honda. I came in for the 150k service on my 2009 Odyssey. 3 1/2 hours later waiting on car, finally found a service rep who checked on my car. It was ready & it was brought up front. It was obviously ready much earlier & I might still be sitting in your waiting room waiting on someone to give me an update if I hadn’t went looking for someone to help me. No one during my waiting came to give me an update nor give me an overview of results of the service, just pay us, take your keys, & get out. I actually can’t be confident that you did everything or anything on the service given your demonstrated lack of concern for a 27 year Honda Motor customer. By the way, I was told there was bottled water in the waiting room but there was none & the frig was never restocked. More

Excellent Service I always go early in the morning and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I never have to wait longer than 30 minutes. Great service I was traveling back to Colorado, my 03 pilot was due for an oil change and was also making a clunking noise. Lubbock was on the way so I made an appo I was traveling back to Colorado, my 03 pilot was due for an oil change and was also making a clunking noise. Lubbock was on the way so I made an appointment and stopped in. I told them what was going on with my vehicle and they proceeded to take a look at it. As they were, I went over to the new vehicles and was checking out the new ridgelines. A sales associate approached me and we began talking. I told him I was getting the pilot serviced, but if it was too much I would just buy a new vehicle as the pilot is fairly old. The test drive was pleasant and we came back and talked to the service advisor who said they were still checking out my vehicle. I went back to the waiting room and I thought “Why did I tell them that? Now they are going to tell me something is wrong with the pilot that is too much to fix and get me to buy a brand new vehicle.” After a couple of hours and updates from the service advisor, they figured out what was wrong with the pilot, which was nothing major. They were able to fix part of the clunking noise and the other part of the noise is a non issue (and the parts were not in stock there). My vehicle was ready and safe to get back to CO. I appreciate the honesty with the repairs and the cost was very reasonable. Living far away, I may never stop here again. However if the need arises, I will not hesitate to use this dealer again. More
Ridgeline injection problem I was told it was likely a problem with fuel injection that caused emission light to come on. Was shocked but had read many Ridgeline owners had the same problem. They fully explained the problem and estimated cost of repair. I did not think it was my problem but Honda USA. I had bought six new hondas there and knew that because of the engineering issue I would never buy another Honda. I appreciated how well the service dept worked with me, except the charge for the visit, which should have been charged to Honda. Since I am out of warranty I called Honda USA and made a formal complaint. Supposedly the complaint was to be raised to next department and they were to call me back on Thursday, yesterday. Of course I received no call. I have told many people how I loved my Honda but will never do that again. my next cars for myself and kids will not be Hondas. I am sorry for that because I really like the service dept. More
