The finance person was EXTREMELY pushy, irritating, and annoying enough that we considered NOT purchasing the vehicle. Perhaps the company owners should review the way the finance personnel are treating their customers. (Hopefully Michael Masri was an exception.) More

Excellent service. Being new to Lubbock, and having my Honda Civic notifying me that service was due, I had to check my smartphone for the nearest authorized Honda Deale Being new to Lubbock, and having my Honda Civic notifying me that service was due, I had to check my smartphone for the nearest authorized Honda Dealer. Not knowing what to expect, I went to the closest dealer. I was greeted by a friendly and informatative service tech who checked to see what was due and then fully explained what was needed and the procedure that would be followed. The service was performed quickly and a general overall basic inspection was performed. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill and it was actually less than I had ecpected as certain items that were suggested to be inspected and/or replaced were found to be still in good condition. I am very pleased with the service and the level of professionalism that I receiived. More
