Only come here if I have to I’ve had my Honda Civic for 8 years now and have had very few problems with it. I never take it to the Honda dealership because of previous bad experi I’ve had my Honda Civic for 8 years now and have had very few problems with it. I never take it to the Honda dealership because of previous bad experiences, but this time a part of my grille flew off so I had to go to Honda to replace the part. While I was there, I decided to mention that my a/c was not working. I had taken it to my mechanic who couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I thought I might as well have them check it since I was there anyways. I made an appointment for 1 PM the next day. I took it in and they said I was not in the system. I showed them my confirmation email and they said their online system didn’t work and that I would have to wait a few hours before they could even look at it. They told me I could take the courtesy van home and they would call me when they had looked at it. I didn’t get a call until nearly 6 that evening during which they told me that they had replaced the part that was making a noise but couldn’t find anything wrong with my a/c. They said they would keep looking at it to figure it out and that they would call back. I called back a couple hours later and they were closed. The person I had talked to said NOTHING about keeping my car overnight, nor had they asked if that was okay. I didn’t hear anything back until the next day when I called at 9 AM. They said they still couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I asked when I would be getting it back and they said they weren’t sure. I finally ended up getting a ride to the dealership for a friend and having to ask them to give me my car back. The person I talked said they couldn’t find anything and that it was still driveable so there was nothing they could do. Miraculously, when I got there they said “oh we were just about to call you”. Funny how that happens, right? Horrible service, horrible appointment system, and guess what? My a/c still does not work. More

My tire fell off when I left the dealership. I brought my pickup in for a complete service. Oil change, fuel filters, tire rotation, air filter, and cabin filter. After leaving the dealership I got a couple miles down the road and my rear tire fell off. The service team did not tighten any of the lug nuts. They ended up keeping my pickup for another day and a half to order new lug nuts for me. Then about a week and a half later I had a check engine light come on and lost turbo pressure. It turns out they never changed my air filter either. It was completely plugged and I had to pay them to clean my mass airflow sensor. I would not recommend having service done and this dealership. I just feel very lucky I did not end up in an accident or my tire flying off and killing someone. I will not be returning to Frank Brown again. More
