I had a great experience on my very first visit. I came in for a tire repair and decided to also do my 15K service. I left the vehicle as I didn’t know how long it would take and I needed to work. Within 15 mins I received a text letting me know the tire was not repairable but they had a replacement in stock. I approved the work order from my phone. They completed the entire service in 1 hour. I personally needed to come pick up the next day. My vehicle was cleaned and waiting for me in the service bay. Matthew Risk took excellent care of me and cared about my experience. I will happily return to this dealership for any of my Cadillac service needs. More
