Lexi in the reception area and Matthew Risk in the service department were wonderful to work with. Matt was very kind, professional and gave utmost concern for the needs of my Cadillac XTS. I really appreciate him and Scott (service) going above and beyond to get me a loaner vehicle in which I ended up not needing because they completed my car services in a timely fashion which is highly important to me!
