My girlfriend and I were treated with such disrespect and I found the business manager's rudeness intolerable. Yet, despite my request, management never moved us to one of the other managers, so we gritted our teeth. Wonderful Service We had lucked out a couple of years ago finding a used car for our son. It was time to buy another kids car and we searched everywhere. Again we thought it was luck that we ran across the first car at Frank Leta. But we wanted a Honda, so we went out to O'Fallon, Mo. When we arrived we were properly greeted by Chris S. We told him what we were searching for and he did not shy away from our price point. He did not treat us any different searching for a used car as he would have for a new car. Even though the signs in the dealership said 0% financing, he tried to sell me that that was not better then paying interest ?????? I felt that he thought I fell off the banana boat from Sicily and that I would give in to what ever he told me. We bought the car because Tabitha was great and when we went to work out the details with them , they really put on the pressure with the extender warranties, My wife wanted this car and that is the other reason I didn't walk out ! More
