We were greeted immediately in the showroom by Tracy, who asked all the right questions and guided us through a tour of the Honda Odyssey. Her friendly nature, expert knowledge of her product line, willingness to let us take an extended test drive, and an extremely low-pressure sales pitch had us feeling really great about a purchase. The negotiation and finance processes went very smoothly - again, very low pressure, and we were able to reach a very fair price on both purchase and trade. The finance manager, Asheed, was equally as friendly and got us through the arduous process of finance and final purchase. He was not pushy at all and I was very happy to make the decision on my own. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I had several questions and concerns regarding price, what was offered with it, and warranty. All of my questions were answered politely and we were ready to make a deal. Although it did takes some time negotiating rate and warranty with the finance team, the person that we worked with was very pleasant and made the process go smooth.
