Car purchase at Frankfort Toyota We drove from Lexington to Frankfort Toyota to purchase a certified pre-owned Avalon. We corresponded with salesman Billy O'Banion by email and phone We drove from Lexington to Frankfort Toyota to purchase a certified pre-owned Avalon. We corresponded with salesman Billy O'Banion by email and phone prior to our visit to the dealership. Billy was very personable and professional and always focused on our needs and inquiries. Billy made the shopping and ultimately buying experience very pleasant and stress free. The other managers that we encountered during our purchase process were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. It was very clear that employees at this dealership place customer satisfaction as their top priority. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for one of Frankfort Toyota's vehicles to contact Billy and he will make your experience pleasurable. More

Sales person review I live in Michigan but purchased a 2006 Avalon after visiting Frankfort Toyota back then to look at cars while I was in Frankfort visiting my son. The I live in Michigan but purchased a 2006 Avalon after visiting Frankfort Toyota back then to look at cars while I was in Frankfort visiting my son. The sales experience was great then, so while visiting again in October 2019, my wife and I went to Frankfort Toyota where we received the same great service as we did back in 2006. Our sales representative was David Burnside who was excellent, patient, and knowledgeable. This lead us to consider purchasing a 2019 Toyota RAV-4 that was contingent upon my being able to return from Michigan with my wife's car to get the trade value to possibly complete the deal. Unfortunately the weather got bad so I was unable to drive back to Kentucky. Again, David was great, and had done what was necessary to sell the vehicle. More
