From our first visit in July until our most recent on November 3 (when we purchased our 2019 Avalon Hybrid), we were impressed by the family atmosphere and the pleasant way we were treated by everyone we encountered. Our Sales Representative was Skeet Tuttle who was very patient and attentive with no pressure and best of all, no constant running back to check with a manager about what the dealership is willing or not willing to do. She is a true professional in every sense of the word; very thorough and pleasant. More

They stock basic models as well as models with extra options/packages. Other dealers only have models with add-on options/features in inventory. They had plenty of models to consider. They explained the differences and extras but didn't push or do a "hard sell." My salesperson was personable and got us answers to our questions quickly. He was not upset when we shifted from sedans to SUVs and back as we considered what vehicle might be right for us. He gave us a firm price quote via email before we went into the dealership. He disclosed all costs up front. That made working with him and this dealership a pleasant experience. Too often, we had others hide fees and withhold information. I think that it is a good reflection on their management. The dealership itself was not as noisy and chaotic as many. I highly recommend them and my sales person in particular. We will return when we need another vehicle. More
