The pricing information was well explained and the negotiation process was simple. Dana Arnold was helpful with the Members Heritage Credit Union finance programs. Chris spent 30-45 minutes orientation with all the features, controls and electronics of the new van and made sure my business sales contacts were fully functional in the phone system before I left the dealership. I have experienced the high pressure sales pitch with no negotiating at two other KY dealerships. This was the exact opposite. I don't think you could have a better buying experience than working with Chris Stewart at Frankfort Toyota. More
