I was greeted by Bill Spillman who commenced to show me what was available. Through his courteous and knowledgeable presentation, he showed me all available late model vehicles that I had requested. Not being sure that any of those available were suitable for me, we proceeded to look at new ones. To make a long story short, I drove away in a new 2017 Toyota Camry. No pressure whatsoever was put forth during my transaction. Thanks Bill for your knowledge, courtesy and patience. If I recommend anyone to this facility, I will certainly advise that they see Bill. Required Maintainence Service-2014 Scion XB Beth was very personable and very friendly. She treated me as if I was guest in her home. Very pleased with the service. Wait time excellent. The appointment service is great for me and each time that I've gotten my car service, it was nice being met by your service contacts and not having to wait in line. Getting in and out is very important to me. Also, the facility, including bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was totally professional. Good customer service is so important and you have the best customer service. The price was not bad either. More

Within just a few hours, I received the call that everyone dreads- it would be an expensive fix. With such an abrupt and unexpected issue, I had many questions about the best course of action to take. Jimmy made himself available to every question and concern that I had, and was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He was thorough and made sure to explain everything in detail. Everyone involved in the process, from Beth in the service department who checked in the old car and made sure to congratulate me several days later when I bought the new car, to Dana, who helped with the financing, were fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that I was excited to come back to the service department to have something added a week after purchase. I highly recommend Frankfort Toyota! More
