I was greeted by Bill Spillman who commenced to I visited the Frankfort Toyota dealership yesterday, 03/16/17 searching for a late model used Toyota. I was greeted by Bill Spillman who commenced to show me what was available. Through his courteous and knowledgeable presentation, he showed me all available late model vehicles that I had requested. Not being sure that any of those available were suitable for me, we proceeded to look at new ones. To make a long story short, I drove away in a new 2017 Toyota Camry. The appointment service is great for me and each time that I've gotten my car service, it was nice being met by your service contacts and not having to wait in line. Getting in and out is very important to me. Also, the facility, including bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was totally professional. Good customer service is so important and you have the best customer service. The price was not bad either. More
