I had already taken a test drive at a Toyota dealership in Lexington and wanted to check out Frankfort Toyota because of a very positive experience I had previously with service technician William Smith. I arrived at the Frankfort dealership and was greeted and helped by Ben Thompson. He was extremely knowledgable about the RAV4 and was helpful during the test drive-fully explaining the features of the vehicle. I had a good feeling about the dealership and decided to purchase the vehicle there. The process was very smooth, fast, and fair with Ben answering all my questions. When I picked up the vehicle, Ben spent quite a bit of time going over all the features and helped set up the bluetooth. I wanted an accessory that had to be ordered and Ben went beyond my expectations by delivering the accessory to me when it arrived. More
