They brought it in for me the next day and Chris kept me informed the whole time. The only remark I could make is that I didn’t know I was financing with a credit union until I was half way through the process with the finance manager. Expecting him to know the basics of cars and just want a sale, I was pleasantly surprised by how tentative he was. He was able to listen to my car needs and help me find a car that was both in my price range and fit all of the criteria I gave him. He was able to help me with all of the questions I had regarding the vehicles entune features. After my purchase he went above and beyond by helping me set up the bluetooth/hands-free feature on the car, and also showed me the ropes with the entune system. Overall, I had an exceptionally pleasant experience with Mr. Stewart, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends as well as utilize his services again. More

Every Lot we walked on, were more worried about our getting our signatures on a piece of paper than showing us what they had in our price range. We were referred to Frankfort Toyota by family members and to specifically ask for Ben Thompson. We get there, and he asks us what we were in the market for, we gave him specifics and our price range, the next thing you know, we are on the lot and he has a price list and we are looking at cars.. No pressure, ho hassle, no scare tactics. Ben took the time to listen to our needs as well as our wants and directed us to the cars he felt was ideal with the information that was given, yet allowed us to look at others at our leisure..
