Great Dealership!!! A very easy car buying experience. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The Salesmen were great at asking any questions we had. I recently bought a Chevy Cruize from this lot and absolutly love it! I purshashed the Xilon protection but couldn't get time off work to drive the car back for the 2 hours it took so they offered to pick my car up from work and bring it back so there was no hassle with that. The staff was not over pressuring trying to get you to buy and the whole overall experience was wonderful and fast. They also added in a free oil change along with everything else. I also looked around on websites for a few weeks before deciding to come here and they had the best prices for the type of car I was searching for. More

However, purchasing a vehicle with two small children in tow is not typically and experience we looked forward to. After test driving multiple vehicles, our children were running out of patience to sit through deal negotiations. Greg Woods was very helpful and most of the negotiations were via text and/or over the phone. The paperwork was completed promptly and we picked up the van at a time that was convenient for our busy family. Overall it was a good experience, and would most likely return to Frankfort Toyota. I wanted to know if there was a Scion on t Another good experience working with Jimmy Williams. I had called the dealership and asked for Jimmy. I wanted to know if there was a Scion on the lot. He knew I liked white cars and had a search done to find a white Scion at another dealership before I got there in case I wanted to purchase one. I was having problems closing the back door on the Venza because of surgery on my right shoulder and an injury to my left shoulder. I couldn't get my arms up high enough to reach the door when it was open. I needed to get something that sat low enough that I could easily close the backdoor. The Scion XBox fit my needs. Because I had not had the Venza very long I wasn't sure I could afford to trade the 2014 Venza on the the 2015 Scion. Jimmy worked with management to write a deal so that I could make the trade and my payment remain the same or even less. It was also arranged to put a "spoiler" on the back of the car. The paperwork for the transaction took less time than I thought it would. Jimmy explained all of the features of the car and sat up my cell phone with the Bluetooth before I left the dealership. I have had two calls from the dealership (one from Jimmy) since the purchase to see if I was satisfied with my purchase and telling me to call if I have any questions. This was my second purchase with Jimmy being my sales person. He does not pressure a person into making a purchase. Because of my age, I think the Scion will probably be the last car I ever purchase. However, I would want Jimmy to work with me if I ever do decide to purchase another vehicle and he is still with the dealership. More

Would consider buying a car from him again if I wanted a Toyota or a Scion. Bill the finance guy was efficient and no pressure. Other employees were very friendly. The waiting room is top notch. I could set up my workstation and settle in for the day if I had to. Everything was so neat and clean and I liked the open work stations for sales people...not crowded little offices that make you feel trapped! More
