Austin New and our Frankfort Toyota Experience Austin is a very respectful and genuine sells representitive. He wasn't "pushy" nor did he use the "pressure" tactics that some car salesmen use a Austin is a very respectful and genuine sells representitive. He wasn't "pushy" nor did he use the "pressure" tactics that some car salesmen use at other dealers I have dealt with. What Austin didn't know about me is that I had been to other dealerships looking at new 2015 Tacoma 4x4 access/extended cab TRD Sports package's. The price for the truck at the other dealers was basically the same as Austin gave me here, but it was his attitude, personality, and friendly demeanor that made the difference. I walked away from other dealerships, not because they didn't have the truck and price I was looking for , but because I simply didn't like their attitudes and tactics. Because Austin treated myself and my wife so respectfully, we purchased the 2015 4x4 Tacoma Sport Access Cab and a week later we purchased a new 2015 Camery. Frankfort Toyota should be proud to have a salesman like Austin. I would also like to add that the dealership as a whole, offered the best vehicle buying experience I have ever been part of, when I need another vehicle, new or used, Frankfort Toyota will be my first and last stop. More

I had been looking for several mounths and come in to look when i saw the truck i had to have but being married had to talk to my wife . This was on a friday on monday i went in and it was sold to my delema i talked to Eric and he told me some options and i ordered it . After about six months my wife had talked to me that she wanted a mew car so we went in to se Eric we ended up getting her a new camry at a lot less payment . But my car buying experienced at Frankfort Toyota has been great. Mr. Steve Tewell who has helped me and my husband go through the process, has been very friendly, so as Mr. Dana Arnold. They try to offer some products, but they are not so pushy about it, which i like. I salute their friendliness and professionalism in dealing with their customers. Mr. Steve Tewell has even went through the trouble of helping me on how to navigate the apps on my new RAV4 XLE, which i have appreciated him for that. Thank you Mr. Steve Tewell. Other salesman at other dealerships could learn a lot from his style. Nothing turns me away from a dealership more quickly than high pressure nonsense, and obvious high profit tactics. I've had no such problems at this dealership. Do your homework with respect to your trade in, and the car you want, and negotiate fairly, and you'll do well with Chris, and with Frankfort Toyota.
