(I pushed it off for 4 months I think as I just didn't want a payment again) Dealership, clean, nicely done, staff great. My only petty complaint, the new car manager should have given me the floor mats I asked for as I was spending 19k that day, But Sarah and company were so nice I spent it anyway! More

My new car purchase at Frankfort Toyota I had been searching around Lexington and Nicholasville to possibly purchase a Toyota Avalon. My husband and I decided to drive to Frankfort to see wh I had been searching around Lexington and Nicholasville to possibly purchase a Toyota Avalon. My husband and I decided to drive to Frankfort to see what the dealer there had to offer. We were met by Jimmy Williams when we arrived. Jimmy invited us in to the dealership and may us feel very welcome as we explained that we were in the market to purchase a new car. We made Jimmy aware that we were just looking to buy but not on that day. Jimmy then went and showed us around the car lot showing all the vehicles that what we were looking for. I decided that I was interested in the Attitude Black Avalon and Jimmy then asked if we wanted to go for a test drive, what an experience that was the route enabled me to determine how the car actually rode on different surfaces. We told them that we needed some time to think on it. We inquired of a place in the area to eat. while telling Jimmy that we would return the next day and think on it. Well why sitting down at dinner my husband and I decided to call Jimmy back and to tell them that we did not need to wait until the next day to decide. We asked if they could get the papers ready and to sign and returned right after dinner. This was primarily done because we felt very comfortable with Jimmy and the staff in general. We have never felt so comfortable in purchasing any vehicle as the members of this dealership made us feel. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jimmy and the finance officer, which usually everyone regrets dealing with but we were quite satisfied and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. I have never met of a group of individuals who are so professional as those employed at Frankfort Toyota. You have a group of very class individuals employees here. Customer Service Oriented As soon as you walk on the lot, you're able to tell that the employees there are not your typical sales people. Every step of the process she made sure I liked the direction everything was going. That in its self was awesome! I thought I had a one in a million win dealing with her until I sent my parents to deal with her. That is when I found that she treats everyone the same. I now recommend her to everyone if in the market for a new vehicle. She even went the extra mile with follow ups after I left to make sure I stayed happy with my purchase. Most any other dealership gets your money and you no longer matter. More
