Exceptional experience with my "new" Toyota Dealer I have been thinking for quite a while about buying another used Toyota because of the outstanding service we have gotten from other Toyotas we have o I have been thinking for quite a while about buying another used Toyota because of the outstanding service we have gotten from other Toyotas we have owned. I had heard of Glenn Toyota in Frankfort many times but had never visited. I first went online to see what Glenn had available in used and new Camrys. The selection was great so I made the short drive to see the cars in person. As I arrived a young saleswoman approached and offered assistance. She was very helpful, very informative, and not pushy at all. Pushy or aggressive car salespeople really turn me off. At first I was looking for a used Camry, and there were several that caught my eye. However, the sales person brought my attention to the huge sale that was currently being offered on new Camrys. Again, she did this without being pushy or "in my face". The difference in the used car price (and warranties, etc.) and the new car price was so slight--it seemed to make good sense. . .and good cents, to go with the new Camry. So we did!! And, the closing with paperwork and a helpful "review of the car and its features" was as enjoyable an experience as had been our shopping for the car on the lot. Will we return to Glenn Toyota of Frankfort the next time we are in need of a new or used car? We will indeed!! More
