We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander at Glenn Toyota. I had a good experience working with Chris Stewart in buying a used truck in the past and this year we approached him about buying a used Hi Toyota. Judy was an absolute joy to work with, a breath of fresh air. I don't normally like salespeople all that much, but Judy was down to earth and honest with me. I went to Glenn Toyota looking for a specific car. Mr. Burnside greeted me at the door he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car was looking for. Overall one of the better customer service experiences I have had with an auto dealership. The service team including those not mentioned above had been more than helpful and we did not experience the typi have had with an auto dealership. The price had not been inflated on our vehicle thus leaving more time to find out what the dealership can offer us in whole rather than playing the sharpen the pencil game that I have experienced in the past with other dealerships.
