We had been shopping for a new Toyota/Honda/Mazda small SUV for a few weeks. My wife and I both had meetings in Frankfort so we decided to shop in Lexington and Frankfort while we were here. We shopped Lexington first and then drove to Glenn Toyota and met Mr. Paul Edwards. We told him the vehicle/trim we were looking for and he had several on the lot. We found one we liked but told him that we had a short window because of our meeting schedule. He shot us a decent price and we countered with an offer of our own and within 15 minutes we had a deal. Mr. Edwards was very informative, providing information that was new to us even though we had visited several other Toyota dealers before his. We had a great buying experience. We have had the best experience purchasing the Tundra. Jack was no pressure and patient in our shopping.
