I originally drove a Kia Forte from a dealer thinking it was slightly above the price I wanted to spend only to find out after the test drive that it was significantly above my maximum price. After shopping around for a vehicle for several weeks, I found this Kia Forte within my price range and with very low miles. I automatically assumed there was something wrong with it, but after looking at the Car Fax and having other people look at it numerous times, I finally contacted John at Glenn Toyota. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, including doing a front-end alignment before I left the lot and calling and making an appointment with a Kia dealership to have the clock and sensor fixed. John also has emailed several times to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and was satisfied with the work I had done through the Kia dealership. I would strongly recommend Glenn Toyota in the future and am very pleased with my purchase as well as the customer service I received. More

While finalizing our deal one of our concerns was that where the car had been test driven it had accumaled some dirt and a few spots. We were assured they could take care of this and their service department did just that. We felt we received a great price for the new car as well as a great price for our trade in. The finance department was very helpful and explained any and all extras once again without making us feel as if anything was being pushed on us. Our overall experience was great and we are already discussing buying our daughter a hybrid in the next year as a college graduation present. We will definitely recommend Glenn Toyota and Jack Herlihy to our friends and family in Louisville Ky and across the state. The short drive past other dealerships was definitely worth the time. More

We had been shopping for a new Toyota/Honda/Mazda small SUV for a few weeks. My wife and I both had meetings in Frankfort so we decided to shop in Lexington and Frankfort while we were here. We found one we liked but told him that we had a short window because of our meeting schedule. He shot us a decent price and we countered with an offer of our own and within 15 minutes we had a deal. Mr. Edwards was very informative, providing information that was new to us even though we had visited several other Toyota dealers before his. We had a great buying experience.
