I worked with David as my sales person. He did a great job. However dealing with the financial sales person is where my experience wasn't so great. His name was Dana. I let him talk me into purchasing an extra tire and wheel protection package and Xzilon paint protection. The cost was rolled into my loan. I wish I would haves passed on these unnecessary products and opted for the lower payment. Thats my fault though for not saying NO. You would think buying a $30,000 would be enough. These financial guys make you feel like you're an idiot if you don't buy their additional packages. Other than that my experience was a fairly good one. More
