Beth knows her business and is very thorough and kind---ready and willing to help any way she can. She has a very assuring manner in the way she handles her customers. When I have a problem, Doug is always there to help solve my problems with a calmness and smile. He gives me some great advice in the process. With employees like these, how could your experience be anything but the best?! The attitudes which these two have obviously trickle down and around to all who work with them and then radiates out to the customers!! I feel great having these two there to deal with when I take my car in to be serviced. And, I love my car!! So, I want it to be in good hands when the service is being performed! More

I bought the Lexus from Willie Willard who now sells cars for Glenn Toyota and went to him to purchase my new car because I trusted him to treat me fairly and also help me get the kind of car I wanted. He did just that and I feel that I could contact him if I have a problem with this car. So far, the car has performed very well and I am still getting used to it. I will probably go to this dealership and sales person when I need another vehicle. More
