Nothing positive to say about the Franklin Jeep dealership. My first and last time doing business there. I will get my Jeep my serviced elsewhere. Every aspect of my experience negative. There dealership. My first and last time doing business there. I will get my Jeep my serviced elsewhere. Every aspect of my experience negative. There is a complete lack of communication between departments. My service technician Michael got the job done. He was short with guidance and information. He updated me throughout my experience with one word texts. I made sure and got to the dealership at 7:30 to catch the 8:00 am courtesy shuttle. The shuttle was an hour late and the driver said a total of 0 words to me the entire trip. He blasted his choice of music and never thought to ask the customer’s input. To wrap the day up I picked my Jeep around 6:30 pm after the Service Department closed. I arranged the after closing time pickup with Michael in our short one word texts throughout the day. He advised “Your keys will be in the Sales Department at the reception desk”. I walked in the door and it took three departments and 4 employees to find my keys. No one had a clue what was going on. Employees were called at home and quizzed on the location. An hour later I left with my Jeep. If this sounds like an ideal day then by all means take your car here for business. I will not be back. More
