I had the best experience at Franklin Ford. I came in wanting to lease a day and from the second I walked in Ron & team were so pleasant, informative & helpful. With the car I wanted not arrivi I came in wanting to lease a day and from the second I walked in Ron & team were so pleasant, informative & helpful. With the car I wanted not arriving to the dealership for a month, Ron stayed in touch with me and provided consistent updates. He also worked with me to get all paperwork done ahead of time so when my car arrived, I could pick it up immediately. He took the time to show me all the car's features and checked in with me after I left to ensure I felt comfortable. Truly 10/10 experience! More

Brought focus in for 4 new tires which was done and due to not having tires in stock, I got a car to use for the day. Unfortunately I mentioned emphatically I wanted a test drive as problem in the steering to not having tires in stock, I got a car to use for the day. Unfortunately I mentioned emphatically I wanted a test drive as problem in the steering wheel. Turning right or left is a grinding, clanking/grating noise. . This was brought to my attention a year ago that this is an issue with this model and to watch it as time goes by it will get worse. It is very noticeable and much worse. Upon picking up my car after tire replacements was told all is good and no problem when test driven I left the dealership and had to make a right hand turn onto rt 140 and the grinding grating noise was clearly evident. Appears a test drive was not done I now need to go back next week and had to make appointment for a test drive. Very dissatisfied that this major issue had not been addressed the first time. Now I need to return and physically go with a technician to determine what is wrong and hopefully they will fix the steering problem. Thank you More
