Almost every time I have gone in for a service, I’m there forever even for an oil change, we’re talking HOURS. Today went for an oil change and a quote for a fog light out. An hour and half after my appointm forever even for an oil change, we’re talking HOURS. Today went for an oil change and a quote for a fog light out. An hour and half after my appointment they came out saying the issue wasn’t the bulb either the socket of wiring. $180 to diagnostic fee.. said diagnostic is an hour… completely xx. The waiting wasted an entire day, kept saying an hour an hour. Finally after waiting for 4 hours I said I was leaving having someone pick me up. It wasn’t ready until almost 7 hours later!! Then we get the look at the vehicle and clip for the bumper was clearly broken… this is not the 1st time having a repair done here and it not being done correctly after having the vehicle all day. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More

The issue I had was buying a brand new $38,000 car and having the engine light come on at 129 miles. Stuff happens…I understand that but when I brought it to their attention I felt like I was treated like having the engine light come on at 129 miles. Stuff happens…I understand that but when I brought it to their attention I felt like I was treated like the car had a 129,000 miles on it. They wanted the car in the shop for 2 days with no loaner available. The earliest that would happen was December 26…two weeks out. And when I explained that I was concerned about breaking down somewhere over Christmas they assured me the I had towing available from Ford. Not the level of customer service I was expecting at that point…I can hardly wait to see what level I get at 129,000 miles. More

Had my oil change today . Then asked the service representative if they could take a look at my tire pressure in all my tires, fill them accordingly. He stated that he would have to charge me $60 , I believe for the works . Then I said I don’t need my tires rotated . I believe that it’s a little absurd that to check air pressure and fill was to much to ask , with out an additional charge . More
