I found a Ford Bronco Sport Badlands online that other dealers couldn't get. I immediately inquired and was working with Ron Sitcawich. I put a deposit on it and Ron kept me updated as it traveled from Mexico to Western U.S. and eventually to Franklin Ford. I can't say enough how easy the process was then and when I drove the 90 miles to do the paperwork. Interestingly, Massachusetts doesn't have temporary plates for dealers to use and I live in neighboring CT. So, Ron made arrangements to meet me at DMV to register the car and drive it away! 5 stars and 2 cheers for Ron and Franklin Ford. An amazing and painless experience from beginning to end! More

They honored their commitment to honor the MSRP for the Bronco when many dealers are being dishonest. Ron did an outstanding job walking me through the Bronco and answering all my questions. They also honored my request to not mount a front plate bracket. This might seem trivial, however many dealers would have ignored my wishes and blamed the state inspection requirements. If I am in the market for another Ford I will absolutely visit Franklin Ford, they might not be a huge dealership, or have the newest facility, but they have the local feel and small dealer customer service you won’t find at huge dealerships. More

I got a good price on my F150, and the deal is I get free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. (I pay for the filter.) With the combination of smart data built in, and the service advisor, I’m alway oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. (I pay for the filter.) With the combination of smart data built in, and the service advisor, I’m always aware of my service needs. The Service Advisors are always helpful. My last visit included an issue where my extended cab door doesn’t always open. There’s no fix for this from Ford yet, (What?) so I’ll keep up with this by communicating with the dealership. More
