Went to buy/test drive new bronco. So we decided not to buy. 2 weeks earlier I had made a oil change appointment for my 2021 f350 .so I showed up witch I think was a bad move on my side. After so called oil change was done . I drove up the street and checked my oil level .the dipstick was black so that was odd so I went home 3.5 miles from dealership drained oil took video and oil was pitched black my truck has only 17k miles. And I had a check engine light on witch they refused to check because they told me I needed to make a different appointment for that???? Bottom line I would rather drive 100 miles plus then go back to Franklin ford... More

I went into Franklin Ford because I had bought a new car from them in 2017. So I figured that they would at least try to work with me. My first tip-off was they are now known as F-150 Country. Nothing ag from them in 2017. So I figured that they would at least try to work with me. My first tip-off was they are now known as F-150 Country. Nothing against the F-150, it is a great truck. So, I explained to the salesperson that I had a 2013 Ford Focus which started encountering transmission problems and I was interested in trading it in. We talked for about an hour and I finally picked a car and told him to get all the numbers together and I would be back tomorrow to sign the papers. NO, when I called them the next morning, they told me they had sold the car that I was wanting and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me. So I started calling around and I found a 2018 Ford Focus at Duvall Ford in Clayton, Ga. I bought the car, they gave me almost $4000.00 trade in on my Ford Focus 2013. They told me that one of the mechanics there bought the car and fixed it for under $200.00. It was very obvious that Franklin Ford did NOT want to do business with me. More
Made a service appointment online, detailing issues with my pre-collision assist and adaptive cruise being unavailable/inoperative, as well as an open recall item, the appointment system notified me of. While setting it up, it offered me the option to add a "Works" oil change, which, though not quite needed yet, figured was a good price and why not? Printed the appointment info out, outlining all services that was requested. Waited the week or so for the date, got repeated email confirmations during the week, and even sent an email to Sheri (with no reply), per the email confirmation, to try and determine if I would need to rent a car, since my appointment was 3:00pm, and they close at 6pm. Got to dealership at 2:35pm, only to be told that they only had me for an oil change and the computer doesn't make appointments for anything other than oil changes. I explained, I took a day off from work, drove almost an hour to get to them, and even reserved a car, so they could have plenty of time. No use, I left disappointed and upset, because they would have nothing to do with the repairs I needed and had set the appointment up for, other than just the oil change. I will not bother wasting my time getting service at Franklin Ford again. More
