Mr. Bonfiglio I am very distressed to see this review. I understand that you came in and spoke with Dominic and it was my understanding that every thing was OK when you left. I know you received a very good and very fair deal. In reviewing the file, you did receive all the Chrysler incentives that were available, and the price was not over MSRP. I would be more than happy to re-review the deal with you if you would allow me to? Those quotes came from Jason and Dominic. Dominic's statement was directly to me. Jason's I overheard him saying it to another employee while he was by the center office that splits the 2 show rooms. To add to that, I overheard Ken say to Jason, "Only 6 hours? That's nothing." That was after I made Jason aware that I was there for 6 hours the day of the sale. They both acted like it was a big joke that I was not a happy customer. As for being content after leaving after the meeting with Dominic. I was far from content. If that is what he shared with you, he was very mistaken. He could not even provide me with what the sale price of the vehicle was. His response was that he isn't very good with leases. If that's the case, then why would he even waste time with a customer who was scammed on a lease? There is so much more to this that is completely shady. I will forward an email directly to you with my concerns of Franklin Sussex's business practices. Thank You.

I am sorry that you had this experience. I would like very much to go through the entire deal with you. We can figure out every number together. I can assure you that very little money was made on the deal so I am confident it is an unclear understanding of the numbers that makes you feel like you were "scammed" in any way. All I can say is that I apologize if those things were said by Dominic and Jason. It is not what we are about and it is certainly not condoned by me or the organization. I can assure you it will be dealt with on my end. The main thing is, I would like the opportunity to make all of this right for you if I can? Yes Claude, I would like to sit with you if you can show me how I was not lied to. If you can not show me, as Dominic was unable to, please do not waste both of our time. Please refer back to the initial email that you said you did not receive, which I then forwarded to Jason. It refers to Anthony, the Chrysler Rep, and refers to the negotiations that were made. If you look at the numbers in the email, you will see that Anthony said the vehicle was at invoice, which it does not appear to be. Who in their right mind would purchase or lease a leftover above that? Also he said there would not be a fee to purchase the vehicle back, which there is. Also, a 36 month lease and not a 39 month lease which adds over $1,100 out of my pocket. In addition, which just poured salt on the wounds, Dominic claims only $11,000 was provided for the trade, which was not the negotiated trade value. And, to add icing to this cake, Dominic said I should have never been put into a 15,000 mile lease if it's probable I may purchase the vehicle at lease end. If you can minimize these concerns, and show me that I was provided the deal that was negotiated at the time of the lease, then I will be more than happy to sit with you. Heck, I'll even buy the coffee! As it stands now though, I am not confident that you will be able to show me the math that shows I was not taken advantage of by your representatives specifically by manipulating numbers to hide the costs I actually paid, compared to what was negotiated. I say this because as of now, neither Ken, Jason, or Dominic have been able to. Thank you for your time and consideration, Christian Bonfiglio

OK fair enough. I will get that email from Jason because I have not seen it. To help me accomplish this please fill me in so that I am clear on a couple things. Do you need 15000 miles or would you be OK if it were 10 or 12? If you plan to buy it at the end the mileage doesnt matter, however the lower the mileage upfront the higher the purchase option becomes. So a 15000 mile lease is a higher payment but a lower purchase option. This is because you are paying for more depreciation leaving a lower residual value. Were you not aware of it being 39? Did they tell you it was 36? You said Dominic said 11000 on the trade but that wasn't the negotiated value. What was the negotiated trade value? I will look into all the numbers and get back to you with what I find. Thank you
