We brought the dodge sprinter inJan.3rd, because it won't start in 28' weather.11 days later,we get the sprinter back,& $1032.later.Sprinter still will not start in cold weather.When we'd call they wouldn't start in 28' weather.11 days later,we get the sprinter back,& $1032.later.Sprinter still will not start in cold weather.When we'd call they wouldn't answer the phone & if they did,they said they had to talk to the tech to see whats going on,& sometimes they'd call back 7 hours later or not at all. They insisted it needed a new fuel filter,which we just change a week before,then they said it needed more diesil in it,then they said we needed 6 new brakes,how that affected the sprinter starting?! I haven't a clue.Sprinter gets home Jan.14th evening,bearly starts Jan.15th.Jan.16th 26' sprinter will not start 3 failed attemps,tryed jumping it,battery worked still wouldn't start.Jan.7th put a space heater under sprinter overnight,started up at 28'. Sprinter has not started since.We put a brand new battery in it,Jan.23rd,still won't start. So for $1032.,we got our sprinter back with the problem unsolved & they in my opinion are very unrealiable,lack of communication.I called Roger Jan.17th,to tell him everything,his reply was bring it in we need to try having it outside.Duh! They already new it wouldn't start in cold weather.And how can we bring it in if it doesn't start. More
The sales process was shady. I negotiated a deal and when I got to the F & I process, there was a "hidden" balloon payment of $6,000 written in to the deal. It was very obviously a $6,000 uptick in the price, otherwise the F & I guy would have been able to delete it without impacting anything. The problem was supposedly that the $6,000 appeared on a "back-screen" and the sales manager was obviously hoping that I would not look closely before I signed. I told the F & I guy that this meant they were actually charging me an additional $6,000 for the car, and he had the audacity to say " OH NO...it's just in the way you pay it back". Are you (expletive) kidding me? Do you really expect me to buy that load of (expletive)? At one point in the process, he actually said...your contract is going to look a little different because we're trying to show you had a down payment. And used a phrase, "We're robbing Peter to pay Paul". I should have left at the very beginning when the saleswoman came back with the opening offer showing a payment amount for both vehicles I was interested in. I looked up and said, "where is the purchase price?", which of course, caused her to go back to the sales manager bull-pen and get the numbers. This is almost comical. She comes back with purchase price, less a $500 discount, and a deduction for the trade-in value of my car. So it appears that I'm paying $18,000 for a $33,000 car. What she didn't do is add the $19,000 loan payoff, which made the number closer to $37,000. I brought out my own calculator to do that, which then had her looking worried and picking at her fingernails. All I can say to Franklin Sussex Auto Mall, is SHAME ON YOU! You apparently don't give people credit for having intelligence, and you will do anything to sell a car while babbling on incessantly about your children's softball records and attempting to establish some type of phony rapport as a distraction. The management and staff are obviously trained to operate with absolutely no transparency or integrity, and I am grateful that I didn't succumb to your unethical practices. Needless to say - I won't be stepping foot into your dealership again. More

I purchased a car from Franklin Sussex on Ebay and then became a little concerned after reading several negative reviews. Luckily, my experience with them was the exact opposite. Dominic was really persona became a little concerned after reading several negative reviews. Luckily, my experience with them was the exact opposite. Dominic was really personable and conscientious. The car seems to run great and the price was excellent. He gave me a car fax with all of the service records on it and even filled up the tank before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely buy another car from these people. The only drawback of this place is that it is in the middle of nowhere. More

Recently purchased a 2012 Town and Country from this dealership. Very pleased with the customer service. The salesman/ sales team was very responsive and always returned calls.
