The easiest car leasing experience I should start off by saying my 2nd lease with Ford was about to be up & naturally I went back to them hoping they could work with me and get me into I should start off by saying my 2nd lease with Ford was about to be up & naturally I went back to them hoping they could work with me and get me into a newer model escape at a decent price. Long story short, they had no problem trying to take advantage of me and essentially I walked out of there. My fiancé had heard wonderful things about Franklin Sussex Auto Mall from a high school friend and we were able to connect and immediately start working on a deal before we even got to the dealership. Ryan Unick was the salesman who took care of us from start to finish and aside from making us feel extremely welcomed, and displaying his effortless knowledge of all the cars and potential deals available he also did not once try and take advantage of us and make us pay more than we had to. He was completely professional and so kind and after him working SO hard trying to get me into a new car, I drove out of there in a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Ford lost a customer this week but I will tell you that thanks to Ryan, Franklin Sussex Auto Mall gained one! More
