I had driven to Franklin Sussex Auto Mall (FSAM), which is an hour from my home, to checkout the Trailhawk version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I loved it but it was slightly out of my price range. Ryan went out of his way to see if he could make the numbers work for me and at no point did I feel pushed to go above my own set limit. He even walked me through the cons of spending more than I intended when I debated up-selling myself and instead offered me other great options within my budget. Who does that? I could have stayed with a local Jeep dealer but Ryan, and really the whole team at the FSAM, made the hour long drive totally worth it. And not solely because of the final numbers but because I was treated with respect, thoughtfulness, and like I was one of the family. I ultimately decided to go with the Altitude trim, which had the bells and whistles that I wanted and was within my budget. In the now four weeks that I have had my first ever Jeep, I can tell you that it won't be my last - it is a pleasure to drive. FSAM and salesman Ryan Unick will be my first and last stop as far as I am concerned when I am ready to look for my next car. Everyone should have this experience when shopping for a new car! More

My experience at Franklin Sussex auto mall was one of the best. Although I feel different dealers can have different atmospheres, for the most part you are primarily dealing with one salesperson. In my case this was Ryan Unick. He helped make my experience there very positive. I did not feel pressured or like I was being mislead at any time. Felt like he did try to go the extra mile for me and I ultimately wound up purchasing my car there. Would recommend asking for Ryan if you intend on looking at a vehicle there. More

Get the deal done I purchased a Cherokee back in November 2018 from Ryan Unick and because he wasn’t overly aggressive to make a deal, I went back March 2019 knowing my I purchased a Cherokee back in November 2018 from Ryan Unick and because he wasn’t overly aggressive to make a deal, I went back March 2019 knowing my trade in for my other car was going to be a problem. Once again, he wasn’t overly aggressive or pushy when I couldn’t make up my mind what to do (trade in was a little bigger of a problem than anticipated) just like the first time around. After discussing the different options we were able to make a deal with some help from Rich — who I think is a regional manager- but not sure. More

The easiest car leasing experience I should start off by saying my 2nd lease with Ford was about to be up & naturally I went back to them hoping they could work with me and get me into I should start off by saying my 2nd lease with Ford was about to be up & naturally I went back to them hoping they could work with me and get me into a newer model escape at a decent price. Long story short, they had no problem trying to take advantage of me and essentially I walked out of there. My fiancé had heard wonderful things about Franklin Sussex Auto Mall from a high school friend and we were able to connect and immediately start working on a deal before we even got to the dealership. Ryan Unick was the salesman who took care of us from start to finish and aside from making us feel extremely welcomed, and displaying his effortless knowledge of all the cars and potential deals available he also did not once try and take advantage of us and make us pay more than we had to. He was completely professional and so kind and after him working SO hard trying to get me into a new car, I drove out of there in a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Ford lost a customer this week but I will tell you that thanks to Ryan, Franklin Sussex Auto Mall gained one! More
