I made a purchase with their online sales coordinator, Christine. After some discussion about the car and my trade we were able to come to an agreement. That's the easy part. The difficulty with online sales can be when you finally get to the dealership and the "deal" isn't exactly what was expected. Fortunately, this was NOT the case at Bradshaw Acura. Christine promised to have everything ready to go for me and when I got there the car was filled up, detailed, and the paperwork was ready to go. I went for a test drive, John looked over my trade, and we finalized the purchase. Everything was EXACTLY as we had agreed. There were NO changes or tricks. The finance guy, Michael, did offer me some protection packages but there was absolutely no hard sell, a simple no thank you was all that was required. He walked me through each form I was signing, gave me time to read what I wanted, and got me out of there in no time with my "new to me" MDX. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest. I had a great car purchase experience at Bradshaw and I would highly recommend doing business with them. More

After doing research on the internet for a 2017-2018 MDS Advance Package we narrowed it down to 3 vehicles at 3 different Acura dealers. All 3 vehicles were nearly identical. They were also the same exterior color (white), but had different interior leather colors. We chose the Greenville vehicle primarily because it had my wife's favorite interior color and because the total price was significantly less than the other two dealers. We discovered the Greenville car on the last day of our deliberations, and would surely have missed out on it if our salesman, Joey Bearden, hadn't been so responsive. He and his manager, Jeff Carson, came up with their very competative price within 1/2 an hour of my inquiry. They trusted my description of the condition of our 2016 FD MDS Tech package as excellent / very good. Over the phone Joey was very friendly, cheerful, and seemed honest in his descriptions of the car. He didn't exert the slightest bit of pressure. We decided to buy it within several hours. Our visit to the Bradshaw dealership to pick up the car did not disappoint. The car was better than Joey described. Joey was very helpful in explaining the many features of the vehicle and has responded quickly to several questions about the vehicle after we drove off the lot. We left feeling great about our car purchasing experience and will definitely check in with Bradshaw Acura again when we need another car. More
