I wasn't even going to stop to look at the new Acura's - I was headed to Mercedes - but after only spending less than an hour with Michael Burgess I was sold. Also met Andy Brand for the paperwork, who was also very good. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

Shannon at Bradshaw promptly responded to my husband’s inquiry about a new TLX on their lot. Throughout the negotiation, Shannon was always courteous and quick to respond. He was polite and friendly but not overbearing. We were actually offered the same exact price at a dealership much closer to our home but as a direct result of Shannon’s positive interactions via phone and internet, we decided to purchase the car at Bradshaw Acura. He showed me how to connect my phone, use the controls in the car, explained the braking system, showed me where to open the gas tank, explained each safety feature, provided a tour through the service department, introduced me to individuals working in the service department, explained how to use voice prompts to make phone calls/send texts/receive texts/etc., and where the tire inflation package was located, We could not have come close to asking for a better Salesman. When JJ assisted us with signing all required paperwork, he was kind and friendly and easy to talk to. He explained each form clearly. Both of these men were exactly the type of people we pray to encounter when we have to purchase a new vehicle. They are outstanding. In the future if I need another vehicle, I would contact them first based on this experience with both Shannon and JJ. More
Great experience I was looking for a used car and had looked on line at a number of vehicles. I had an Acura purchased in 2004 and knew Acura’s were very good cars. I saw a couple of cars (one Honda and an Acura SUV). I received a message from Christine immediately. I can’t say enough about Christine! She was very easy to work with and went out of her way to make sure I got the car that was right for me. She was excellent in explaining the difference in the two cars which helped me make my decision. She was not pushy in any way and I appreciated that. All of the people I worked with in buying my Acura were extremely helpful! I highly recommend Bradshaw Acura! More
Great experience Before I trade cars, I always do my homework. This time was no exception. I knew what I wanted and knew what my trade in was worth. I had a figure in mind that I was willing pay to make a trade. I went to Bradshaw Acura and met Steve Steele, the gentleman who sold me my new Acura. Bradshaw had a large inventory of the vehicle I was interested in, I test drove one and liked it even better than I thought I would and asked Steve to have my car appraised. He did and came back with a figure for my car that was in line with what I believed to be it's value, and a figure to purchase the new Acura that was in line with what I believed was a fair price, fair enough that I did not even try to haggle. It was a hassle free experience, one unlike I've ever experienced before. I will be back to Bradshaw Acura the next time I'm ready to trade. More
