Had a 9 AM appointment. Called 230 and they were just looking at the vehicle. State of the check engine light was on because I ran it low on gas. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. The complimentary drinks and service updates about your vehicle while you wait are much appreciated. It did take a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me as I stood by my vehicle after driving into the service area. My service person, Chris Gray, wasn’t in the area. Another man, Keith Payne, after seeing me waiting, came to me and got my check-in completed for Chris. He was friendly and conversational, as he filled out my check-in paperwork and took me to Chris’s desk. Chris came and was friendly, but it would have been nice if he would have said something like, “Sorry about the wait. I was finishing up with another customer.” My service work was done in a short time, and Chris was polite and professional at checkout. The female ringing me up was friendly as well. More

I was very pleased with my sales associate. Jerrell he was very pleasant and encouraged me to take my time. The only unpleasant experience was paying for the car. I did not need financing and they would not accept a check. I don’t know why they couldn’t contact my bank to insure funds. instead I had to go purchase a cashiers check, which was a bit of a hassle and took much longer than it should have to purchase the vehicle.. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and although they sent it to the car washer , the inside was not as clean as it should have been. There was something spilled on the back seat that did not get cleaned at all. Other than that it was pretty good and I would recommend Jerrell for your associate. More
