I gave this rating because we are very pleased with the service at the dealership, the product, and the interaction with staff and especially with Victor. Everyone was friendly, not pushy, professional, and knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and felt listened to and comfortable. We were allowed to test drive the car over-night. This is a much better experience than the last time we tried out new cars. Victor was very calm, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took us on a tour and showed us each feature of our new car and how they worked. He even set-up our phone links into the car. He helped us activate the On-Star and demonstrated how it worked. He took care of all of our needs and explained everything in detail. He answered all of our questions large and small. He explained the service department in detail and we will be coming back to service our vehicle because of this. We were surprised and pleased at the better rate for finance than we got with the dealership’s help. It was lower than the rate we found on the internet. Options were explained in detail and we were not pushed into anything with options or financing. It was important to us that this was our decision on which car to buy and the staff was excellent in providing us with the knowledge but letting us chose what we wanted. We are new in this area and are very grateful for all of the additional insight and information we obtained at your dealership. After driving the same monte carlo for the past 13 years (175,000 miles), we decided it was time to shop for a new vehicle. Then this past weekend I decided to send an email to Bradshaw of Greer to inquire about a new Equinox. In just a short time, I was surprised to receive a response from Don Abney. Don suggested that I come in for a estimate on my old car and to look at the new ones. We decided to give it one more shot. Don met us in the parking lot as we spotted the perfect White Equinox. It was love at first sight. After a quick test drive, we returned to Don's office. He was so pleasant and helpful. He explained everything we asked about and gave us the best deal we had found yet. He made the entire experience so easy and stress free. My only regret is that we didn't start our search at Bradshaw. We could have avoided alot for frustration. My wife and I came back to Bradshaw today after taking a test drive with Viktor yesterday. When we returned, Viktor immediately greeted us and let us know that he would get with us as soon as he finished t test drive with Viktor yesterday. During our wait, we were escorted into the lounge where we were able to have a cool drink and relax by watching television. After a short while, Viktor came to get us and took us into his office. We discussed the vehicle, signed the preliminary paperwork and were then escorted to another office where we completed the transaction. Viktor then took us on a tour of the facility so we would know where everything was for any future visits. Afterwards, Viktor gave us a very thorough overview of the vehicle, helping us set up the OnStar/Bluetooth options as well as showing us all of the other features. All in all, we had a very good experience with our purchase from Viktor. More

It drives like a dream and after having a big Yukon XL this car fits me.
