My husband did research for months online and decided that two previous test-drives (from a private seller and small dealership) would be "okay" to choose from. We stopped into this dealership on a whim after hours of car-shopping elsewhere in town. The truck we spotted had everything we wanted, and more! Earl was on the lot preparing to meet another customer who placed a deposit on the vehicle. We sincerely appreciated him being upfront about the possibility of this truck being unavailable. Luckily, we received a call from Earl thirty minutes later and test drove the truck. It was arranged for us to place a deposit for the remainder of the weekend and complete the sale Monday morning. After the purchase was done and paperwork completed, my husband and I were in shock about how easy the whole sale had been. We didn't receive pressure from any salesmen, and the staff was friendly. The experience left a big impression upon us, and we will definitely start our shopping at Bradshaw next time we buy a vehicle. More
