Quality of the work was excellent, but the length of time for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordea for them to complete was 3 weeks instead of the estimated 1 week. I would recommend them because they had parts delays due to the supply chain ordeal we’ve all been facing. My main complaint was they left one of my battery cables loose when they reconnected it after the body work was done and it left me stranded and calling roadside assistance twice! When I told my representative about this I got an “oh well, sometimes that happens” response. I would use them again for quality, but their post covid service needs a lot of work. I hope I never have to get body work done again, cause it’s a big pain. More

Blaine was clear in his evaluation and making an appointment for repair. He wrote everything done and gave me paperwork to have at home. He called me when my car was in the process of being fixed an appointment for repair. He wrote everything done and gave me paperwork to have at home. He called me when my car was in the process of being fixed and let me know when it would be ready to pick up. He gave me the car rental info and I was picked up by the rental company to get my rental car. I rate Blaine a 5 star for his service! More
