As you have mentioned, I purchased my first suburban (and other vehicles) from you back in 2009 and I have always valued the way you guys work! And still value it. When specific instances I have risen where I had to use other folks (distance or whatever), it generally makes me value our relationship even more! Thanks and will see you soon.

I do agree with you that communication is key and if you would have been told this upfront it could of possibly changed the outcome of this review. I am the guy who sat here with your husband and called the warranty to try and get some answers. It normally does not take this long to get approval however with your vehicle being so close to miles out they wanted much more detail. The lawyer talk to not push me to try and help anymore, just the fact that I understood you wanted some answers is what pushed us to try and help and go ahead and get you a rental even before we had approval on the job. I cannot get back the time and money I could have made being without a car for over a month! I’m just warning people not to purchase a car at this establishment and making them aware of my situation. Which fell on dear ears for many days! All I kept hearing was excuses. He said she said speeches.
