Left the dealership after getting my oil changed and then a warning light came on saying my oil pressure was low. I called the dealership and was instructed to come back. As I was driving there my car made t a warning light came on saying my oil pressure was low. I called the dealership and was instructed to come back. As I was driving there my car made terrible noises and then shut off. All the oil came out of my car. I called the dealership and it took over an hour for them to get a shuttle to me and tow my car. I did receive a rental, but this happened on Friday and is now Tuesday and nothing is resolved. I called the dealership yesterday (Monday) and was told I would get a call today from Ken, yet I haven’t heard back and they close in a couple hours. I have let my lawyer know the situation and I am ready to move forward with a law suit if this doesn’t get taken care. I understand mistakes happen, but this is the worst service I’ve received when trying to resolve the issue. More

It was decent… the man that I was dealing with had to call me to ask what exactly what they were doing after we had a 30 minute conversation about what needed to be done.
