On Saturday, my daughter took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. When she brought my paperwork home, I noticed there were several items that were checked off as needing immediate attention (power steer maintenance. When she brought my paperwork home, I noticed there were several items that were checked off as needing immediate attention (power steering leak and brake pads). This was never discussed with her or brought to her attention. Additionally, I asked for a quote to have a headlight replaced and they were unable to determine which type of headlight would be needed. Since I purchased my vehicle from Bradshaw, one would assume this would be documented. I have left two messages and been waiting three days to get a call back regarding these items. When I try to reach the service manager, his voicemail is full. This isn’t the type of service I’d expect when I’ve been a loyal customer. If they can’t improve their customer service, I’m taking my business elsewhere. More

He has a way of explaining technical things in an understandable manner and is pleasant to deal with. The service is always performed in a timely manner and when needed, the dealership provides me with shuttle service to where I need to be and picks me up later. No complaints at all with these folks.
