Very dissatisfied with the gentleman who talked to my husband when he came to pick moms car up. From what my husband Said he was very rude and didn't want to let Him have moms car. Had several warning messages which made diagnosis a bit difficult. They stayed with it and solved the problem. They worked directly with Zurich, who covered repairs minus my $200 deductible.
