If someone had an appointment for an oil change schedule a few days before the appointment, you would think they would have an oil filter for the job. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment and had t a few days before the appointment, you would think they would have an oil filter for the job. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. The service writer seamed like it was no big deal and did not come out to tLk with me until I questioned him. I am glad i could afford the time to wait. Service tech was nice. I felt like aninconvenience to most of the other staff. No one helped me in getting large items out of my car while having a baby with me. Most of the staff needs a lesson in customer relations. Billing is also very misleading. Additionally, it's been 5 days since I picked up my car. I've been waiting for a callback on an open item since. Communication is not very reliable. When I madey appt,I communicate what I wanted. When I got to the dealership, it was a wasted trip. Then I waited almost a week for the person to call to set up my loaner car. My service technician was nice- the dealerships practices and service needs to be retrained. More
